We just love our careers of inn keeping. A friend once commented to me that she thought I had found my calling in life as I so enjoy hosting our guests. It’s such a joy to meet so many wonderful people on a daily basis and to be a part of planning their holiday on Cape Cod.
This past weekend I had the pleasure of meeting a fine young man, Harry, shown in the picture above. He was traveling with his dad on a family holiday. There was something about this child that touched me to my core. He was polite, quiet, appreciation of everything we did and had this contagious smile with a darling dimple on each cheek. While I am guessing he was about 9 or 10 years old, he had the maturity of an adult. He just seemed content to enjoy a holiday with his dad. They checked out today and as they were leaving Harry handed me note. I just had to share the content….

We enjoyed our visit very much! The rooms were top of the line, location was great, and the breakfasts were delicious!! My personal favorite would have to be the Pecan and Banana Waffles! And the fruit cups were outstanding! The appetizers were very good also. The sauce to put onto the fruit was fabulous. Overall we would give this house a 5 stars:)
