General Information

We (your innkeepers and team) will be wearing masks at all times but will be smiling at you
from behind them! Per state regulations, all guests must wear a face covering when in the common spaces inside the building, except when an individual is unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition or disability. To the greatest extent possible, we will keep at least 6’ away from our guests and each other and ask that you do the same. As always, we will be here to help you and do anything we can to ensure a wonderful stay but we may just have to stand a little farther apart.

If you or anyone you are traveling with don’t feel well prior to your arrival, please stay home.
Just be sure to let us know.

COVID Travel Guidelines

Effective March 22, 2021, all visitors and returning residents entering Massachusetts are advised to follow the Commonwealth’s new Travel Advisory. Massachusetts has made great progress to slow the spread of COVID-19 and gradually re-open the economy. All visitors and returning residents have a responsibility to help keep transmission levels as low as possible.

Individuals who are fully vaccinated more than 14 days ago and who do not have symptoms do not need to obtain a negative test prior to traveling to or quarantine upon arrival to Massachusetts.

Your Arrival

We have implemented a contactless check in & check out system which will be described
in an email to you shortly before your stay.

When you arrive at the inn, please open the front door slowly to make sure there
are no other guests just inside the door. If that is the case, please step back and wait for there
to be room to enter allowing at least 6 feet of distance between you and others.

Brewster Beaches

At the inn, complimentary use of our beach towels and signature beach chairs are available
for guest use. The beach towels will be in your guest room upon check in. Please let us know
if you’d like to use our beach chairs and we will load them into your car for you.  All chairs
are sanitized after each guest use.

During the summer (Memorial Day – Labor Day), daily non-resident beach parking permits are available online only, as a purchase and print system. Those non-residents who wish to visit Brewster beaches will be able to log on to the website, purchase a daily permit, and print
the permit for placement on their vehicle dashboard. Non-resident annual beach parking
permits are also available for purchase online.


The same delicious 3-course gourmet breakfast awaits you! You will, however, be asked to
choose a time window that you’d like to eat so that we can ensure that our guests are spread
out while enjoying breakfast.

Complimentary Afternoon Treats and Sweets

This is the best part of the afternoon! For now, instead of having our display of homemade
goodies, we have a box for every room. Inside the box, you’ll find cookies, scones, chocolates,
fruit, nuts and more! The boxes will be set up in the Tea Room every afternoon so you can pick it
up and enjoy the contents wherever you’d like! We will also prepare any beverage you’d like.

Lunch and Dinner

Should you decide you’d like to eat your lunch or dinner at the inn, no problem! Grab your
meal from one of the many nearby restaurants and bring it back. We will happily set up a table
just for you either poolside or by the garden.


Every time a guest checks out, that room is aired out, deep cleaned and prepared for the next guest.
For the time being, our team won’t enter your room for touch ups during your stay.
Your room will be stocked with extra amenities to last your entire stay.
Of course, we are happy to bring you fresh towels whenever you wish.

Common Spaces

All common spaces and high touch areas will be cleaned and sanitized multiple times daily.
Hand sanitizer is available in every common space.

Pool and Outside Spaces

We have ample seating around the pool and it has been spaced out to allow for comfort and
social distancing. In the backyard, there are several seating areas with plenty of room to enjoy
a little space from others while taking in the view!

Our Team

You will be happy to see the same great team here as always. All team members have participated
in COVID-19 safety and sanitation training.

Each team member will have his/her temperature taken before each shift and if there is any sign
of not being well, he/she will be sent home immediately. While they are here working, all team
members will be wearing masks and gloves. To the greatest extent possible, they will maintain
a distance of at least 6’ from guests and one another.
