Captain Freeman Inn Policies

Check In Policy: Formal check in is between 3 PM and 10 PM. Early or late checkins are required to let us know the time of arrival so arrangements can be made ahead of time.

Check Out Policy: Check out is at 11 AM and we thank you for staying with us.

Cancellation Policy: Your reservation deposit is refunded if the cancellation is greater than 14 days before the start of your stay with a charge of $30.00 to help us cover our credit card costs. If we can re rent your room for the stay, we will also refund your deposit less the $30.00 charge.

Children: Children ages 14+

Childcare: No

Deposit Policy: Generally, a one night deposit is used to hold the reservation.

No Pets Allowed

Pets Living At Inn: Yes. Part time Labradoodle, Harrison. Most of the time he is with his owners at Brewster By The Sea Inn & Spa

Smoking: Outside. We ask our smoking guests to be cognizant of the wind direction so that smoke does not enter the inn, porches or swimming pool areas.
